8. Visiting Our Locations

NW Tiny Homes operates physical retail locations at:

Visitors are welcome during posted hours. By entering either property, whether for a scheduled tour, a walk-in visit, a meeting, a delivery pickup, or any other purpose, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

8.1 Active Retail and Setup Environment

Our locations are working retail lots where homes are continuously being delivered, leveled, set up, modified, repaired, and prepared for sale. Conditions on the lot change frequently.

Homes on display may be in various stages of installation. Some may have temporary stairs, temporary access features, partial railings, exposed hitches, or other conditions associated with active setup or maintenance. NW Tiny Homes staff will indicate which homes are currently open for tour and which are not.

8.2 Physical Conditions to Expect

Our homes are park model RVs and are accessed via exterior stairs and elevated decks. Visiting our locations involves:

• Walking on outdoor surfaces, including gravel, concrete, asphalt, wood decking, and metal thresholds
• Stepping up onto decks and into homes
• Ascending interior stairs in some models, including loft stairs
• Navigating doorways with raised thresholds
• Exposure to Pacific Northwest weather, which may make surfaces wet, frosty, icy, or otherwise slippery
• Variable lighting and footing depending on the time of day, season, and location on the lot

8.3 Mobility, Balance, and Accessibility

If you have any mobility limitations, balance concerns, recent injuries, vision limitations, or other physical considerations that may affect your ability to safely navigate stairs, decks, or uneven outdoor surfaces, please let our staff know upon arrival or call ahead.

We are happy to:

• Discuss which homes are most accessible for your situation
• Provide additional staff assistance during your tour
• Schedule a private tour at a time we can dedicate additional staff
• Share detailed photos and video walkthroughs if a physical visit is not the best fit at this time

Some of our models have accessibility-friendly features such as wider door frames and grab bars. Please ask which models best fit your needs.

8.4 Children and Supervision

Children are welcome at our locations and must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times. Climbing on, sitting on, or playing on hitches, stairs, deck railings, or other home or trailer components is not permitted.

8.5 Pets

Well-behaved leashed pets are welcome in our outdoor areas. Pets are not permitted inside display homes. Visitors are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including cleanup and any incidents involving their animal.

8.6 Closed and Restricted Areas

Homes marked as closed, taped off, signed, or otherwise indicated as not open for tour are not to be entered or approached. If a home is undergoing setup, repair, or service, please respect those restrictions for your safety and ours.

Please remain in the customer-facing areas of the lot and do not enter staff-only areas, storage areas, or workshop spaces unless invited by staff.

8.7 Following Staff Guidance

Our staff are responsible for guiding tours and identifying which areas and homes are currently safe to access. Please follow their guidance throughout your visit. If you have any question about whether a particular feature is safe for you to navigate, please ask before attempting it.

8.8 Security and Recording

Both locations are monitored by security cameras for safety, security, and operational purposes. By entering either property, you consent to being recorded by these systems.

NW Tiny Homes may also photograph or film at our locations for marketing and operational purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any such content, please let staff know upon arrival and we will accommodate that request.

8.9 Assumption of Risk

Touring our properties involves the kinds of physical movement and outdoor conditions described above. You acknowledge that walking, climbing stairs, navigating decks, and moving around an active retail lot involves risks inherent to that type of environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you visit our locations at your own risk and assume the inherent risks of touring an active outdoor retail lot. This provision does not waive any rights you may have under applicable state law and does not apply to claims arising from our negligence or willful misconduct.

8.10 Reporting Incidents

If you experience any injury, near-miss, slip, fall, or concern of any kind during your visit, no matter how minor it may seem, please notify our on-site staff immediately so we can assist you, document the situation, and follow up appropriately.

9. Customer Photos, Videos, and Testimonials

NW Tiny Homes may photograph, film, or record homes, installations, lot activity, and customer experiences for purposes including marketing, social media, educational content, website materials, and other promotional uses.

By purchasing a home from NW Tiny Homes or allowing photography or video recording of a home or installation, the customer grants NW Tiny Homes LLC permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, and related media for marketing and promotional purposes.

This may include use on:

• Social media platforms
• The NW Tiny Homes website
• Digital or printed marketing materials
• Advertising campaigns

NW Tiny Homes will make reasonable efforts not to disclose sensitive personal information such as exact addresses or personal contact information without permission.

Customers who prefer that their home not be used in marketing materials may notify NW Tiny Homes in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests for future content.
